About this house rental
Escape to this bright and stylish Catskill retreat, just minutes from Hudson and the Catskill Mountains. This home features a sunlit open layout, modern kitchen, and private deck with a fire pit—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Ideal for families or friends, with comfortable sleeping for 6, fast WiFi, and free parking. Enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, art galleries, and restaurants in a peaceful upstate setting.
I won't have the pleasure of meeting you in person, but there are three of us who are available to always make sure you have someone to help you: me (Oliver), Matt who helps me, and Tonya who maintains our home.
We are a 16 minute drive from HITS Hudson Valley Horse show!
For the sake of you location planning, you can look up the Ambrosia Diner in Catskill, NY, which is right near the property.
A benefit of this home being centrally located is that it's close to a main road. Most guests aren't bothered by the road sound, but if you're looking to be deep in the silent woods, this house won't fit your preferences
There's a smart lock on the door, with a code unique to you, for the duration of your stay. We have backup keys and an emergency phone number, so we'll always make sure you have a smooth arrival
This a clean, gorgeous 2 floor house, with three bedrooms and a bath on the top floor, and a ground floor with a bunk-bed bedroom, bathroom, livingroom, dining room, and small kitchen.
Outside, you have a lovely balcony for morning coffee, picnic table for lunch, and a fire pit for drinks and marshmallows at the end of the night
Your party of up to 6 will be so comfortable with plenty of space inside and outside
If you don't have a car, it will be difficult to get around the area. But reach out to me for questions!

we had a great stay at this house with a group of friends - rooms were comfortable and kitchen had a lot of things we needed for meals.

The house was great for a weekend trip with family. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing games in the cozy living room, and roasting up some s'mores around the bonfire at night. The location was great, close to a grocery store and some nature trails, which was important for us. We all got great sleep in the comfy bedrooms.
