This cozy place has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and a 42' TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with one full bed and a double.

If you plan to bring a pet, please communicate with us in advance. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $100 per pet for the first night and $15 per pet for each subsequent night.

Early check-in or late checkout requests can be accommodated based on availability (not guaranteed). Here are the fees:
✶ Authorized early check-in: $20 per hour
✶ Authorized late checkout (with 24+ hours notice): $20 per hour
✶ Additional fees apply for every 30 minutes ($35), and after 2 hours, it becomes a full day's rate (unauthorized early check-in and early check-out)
✶ Please note that we usually confirm early check-in or late checkout requests the day before your arrival. We won't be able to confirm such requests far in advance.
🧹 Extra Cleaning Fees: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we have the following fees:
✶ Stained linens: $30 per stained item
✶ Deep cleaning for excessive dirt, trash, hair, or dishes: $30+
✶ ✶ ✶ ✶ For the safety and security of both ourselves and our guests, only individuals listed on the itinerary are permitted on the premises. We are flexible but please communicate if the guest list changes.
✶There is a recording device located on the right side of the front door as well as the back yard. The surveillance camera will be in recording during each reservation.
✶ No parties are allowed on the premises. There will be a $350 fine for any parties.
✶ No unauthorized guests are permitted. If you plan to bring additional people, please confirm with us in advance. An unauthorized guest is defined as anyone sleeping overnight in the place past 12:00 a.m. without prior confirmation from the host. If there are any unauthorized guests you will incur a fee of $100 per guest for the first night and $15 per night for each subsequent night.
✶Mail and packages are not permitted to be sent to the unit.
✶Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. extra cleaning fees ($100) apply for smell removal.
✶ If you smoke outside, please ensure to clean up cigarette butts.
✶Quiet hours start at 10 pm. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels and music to a minimum beyond this time to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

✶ Please adhere to the maximum guest limit specified in your reservation (4).

Great, clean property. Easy to find and communication was great. Only negative, my adult brother and I shared the bunk bed and it is pretty creaky when either of us moved but would be fine for kids.

My husband and I don't travel very much. But when we do, we often stay at a hotel or relatives. The first is a little pricey and the second is a bit awkward . This VRBO house was neither of these. It was like a hotel with your own driveway and a relative's home without the people. Very nice quiet street, bed was comfortable and basic needs were supplied. We attended a family reunion and stayed 3 days in mid June. Temperatures were 98 a/c was wonderful. Our activities were in Kansas City,Missouri and unit in Roeland Park,KS just across state line. We had no trouble getting from place to place. We would stay here again.

Great quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to all the attractions we wanted to go to during our family vacation. Place was nice and clean.

Great location and easy checkin, otherwise a very low end, almost low budget hotel feel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with terrible flat pillows and thin mattresses, without toppers or box springs. The bathroom is filthy, with mold all over the tiles and dirty floor boards. There were 4ish towels for the entire stay, of which were stained. The blinds were broken. The kitchen had minimal supplies for cooking. No coffee pot, other than a Kcup machine. Needs some improvements before I’d stay here again.
