Discounted Rent (Rent - Discount)
Each individual Fee on each reservation along with their charge amounts (or example if the Reservation Fees are $300, we need the breakdown of $150 for Cleaning Fee, $50 for Pet Fee and $50 for an Admin Fee)
Total Fee Amount (which should equal all of the individual fees listed above so it is a way to validate)
Each individual Tax on each reservation along with their charge amounts
Total Taxes Amount (which should equal all of the individual taxes listed above so it is a way to validate)
Grand Total (which should be Discounted Rent, Total Fees, and Total Taxes)
