PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
This home is professionally managed by The Ridge Collection. After booking, the guest must complete two quick online items within 48 hours of booking or before check-in, whichever comes first: our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies.
Both documents are signed online and take approximately five minutes to complete. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the stay.
Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe. We will send the links as soon as you book.
Hot tub: Make sure to test the hot tub with the provided tester strips before getting in the hot tub. Also, swimwear is only allowed in the hot tub, NO normal clothes because they will ruin the water.
Trash: Please place all trash in the provided trash bags, and place the trash bags in the trash bins near the driveway. Do not put loose trash in the trash cans.
Pets: 2 dogs max, you must supervise the dogs at all times, you have to put the dogs in the provided kennel when leaving your dogs at the house.
Please do not unplug any of the electronics(TVs, Xbox, etc).

Only issue was the WiFi. We were able to connect, but wouldn’t stay connected. Couldn’t watch a full movie on Netflix or Hulu. Would stop mid movie and we would have to wait for streaming to catch up. Maybe too many on WiFi. Our phone service would work very well for the area. So we all were trying to connect to the WiFi.

We rented this house for a quick two night ski trip and it worked great for our family of 6. We had kids ages 8, 6, 4 and 18 months. It was only 7 minutes from the App Ski Mountain which was super helpful. For our 18 month, there was a pack n' play in the master closet that was huge and worked great for place for him to have his "own room" and to not have to use our own pack n play. He slept 13 hours straight which he doesn't do always, so it was a win! The big kids loved the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this house!
