TOP rustico on 16480 sqm, secluded location - 20 minutes to the beach

We´ve enjoyed a one week stay in the rustico in May 24 very much. Getting to the rustico by car is easy after the first time.The lovely location is a beautifully situated in the mountaineous woods between Andora and Testico. The rooftop terrace and the garden offer various placed to relax.The rooms are typically designed with spaceous furniture in the living room. the two bathrooms made the stay with four adults more comfortable. The kitchen equipment is ok but a few more glasses, plates etc would be nice. The paint ball location next to the garden was clearly audible on weekend days but not too loud,

This is definitely the best house we have ever rented in Italy! The house is totally renovated, everything is new and high quality. The size of the house is perfect for family with kids (We travelled with 2 kids) or for two couples. It is very light, with large windows. There is a roof top terrace with a sun deck to catch the sun or to observe the stars at night. There's also a dining area right outside the house - a large wooden table under an old oak tree, which is stunning! The house is located not too far from the free of charge public beach. It's perfect if you want to enjoy beach during the day and hide away from the crowds and enjoy silence at night. The kids can safely play outside and you can enjoy your Italian wine:) You can also find various oil mills in nearby villages to buy high quality olive oil. From this location you can travel easily to Genova and further or to Sanremo and even France as it is so close. There are different small villages in mountains and also nice more touristic towns along the seashore where you can enjoy an evening at restaurants. The hosts speak German, English, Spanish and Italian. They suggested various things to us what to do around the area. They were very, very kind to us! And lastly the most important thing - thank you Bernd! We would definitely suggest to rent your property, it was super comfortable, we enjoyed every minute of being there! And we hope to be back one day!!! Thank you!
