The property features AC, WiFi, an iron, and a hair dryer for convenience. Only one bathroom, but it comes equipped with a hair dryer as well. Enjoy all that Spring Hill has to offer when you stay at our place. It has an induction cooker equipped with all utensils, rice cookers, crockery. It also has a coffee station with espresso coffee and coffee maker for American coffee. The property has a terrace outside equipped with fans, lights, BBQ furniture to have a good time. At the entrance and the terrace there are two cameras for guest and property security. The terrace has its private entrance .

Very nice accomodations with a few small snacks, full kitchen supplies, mid size refrigerator, towels, and a coffee bar provided. The TV has a kindle fire. HOWEVER, be aware there is a sign that prohibits flushing anything, even toilet paper. A handheld bidet is available for use and there is a small automatic lid trashcan. On that note, that is the ONLY trashcan available. Otherwise clean and a pleasant stay :)

The host was very welcoming during our couple of conversations with him. The unit was very clean and well stocked with cooking and kitchen utensils. The neighborhood and the unit itself were very quiet the entire days of our visit, even though it was a holiday week. The outdoor patio space was a nice feature.
