→ 3 King-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds and can be joined on request).
→ Private swimming pool (9x4m) + kids’ pool (4x3m) + Jacuzzi (4x2m)
→ Sports & Games: Pool Table + Badminton/Basketball court + Carrom board + Little Tikes Play house + Elephant shower + Archery.
→ Daily Housekeeping for 4 hours
→ Free high-speed WiFi (100–150 Mbps)
→ Kitchen for self-cooking + option to hire a private chef
→ Private Parking for 3 cars + 24/7 security & power backup
→ For stays of 3 nights or less, no replacement of linen or towels
→ Optional daily change of linens/towels available (₹400 per room/day)

→ No pets allowed.
→ No smoking indoors – permitted only in balconies or garden areas
→ No large DJ speakers permitted
→ Music outdoors only between 9am–9pm (below 55db, by court order). Strictly no fireworks or outdoor music after 9pm
→ Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

We stayed in Villa Calangute for a few days and it was everything we wanted it to be. Perfect location just walking distance away from all the shops, food/drink areas and the beach!! The property itself is is very well laid out with spacious rooms and good facilities to include wifi, tv, air conditioning and a good sized kitchen too. The place and area is very secure so no problems at all coming back at night. The villa was clean and light and it felt like staying in a luxury place you'd expect in Europe or USA. The manager was very helpful during our stay to attend to any questions and needs we had. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family who wish to have a stress free and enjoyable place to stay in Goa.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking of visiting. Everything was just perfect about this villa, to the decoration, swimming pool, space and surroundings. Everything you needed was there, meaning we didn't ever want to leave the villa. Great location as the beach is literally at the end of the road, so if you ever fancy a day at the beach or even just a nice stroll, then you have that opportunity. Looking to go back already :)
