Newly Remodeled Home in Dalton’s Historic District -5mins from I-75

So close to downtown.

House was beautiful, cozy, and quaint. Very clean and loved the older vibes it was giving. One very minor complaint is that you can’t change the thermostat. Maybe pack a fan if you run hot. Otherwise, would definitely stay again. Will keep this house in mind for the future.

Overall it was a great stay. We had a minor issue with towels and the owner fixed it immediately with some new towels. Very impressed with the quick response. We ended up needing a longer stay and owner worked with us, which made it way easier for us as we were there for a softball tournament and couldn’t control our schedule times. The extra room was able to be cooled down so some reviews say the room is hot but if that was the case it is not anymore. The house was comfortable temperature wise the entire weekend and it was mid 90 degrees and we were never uncomfortable. Not a ton of kitchen supplies which was fine for us as I brought premade meals so I didn’t need to make food. The oven worked well and there was a toaster oven as well that we used. Washer and dryer was super nice. Walmart is close by if the house doesn’t have things you need or want. Oh and No bugs which is a big thing for me especially in the south with bugs being a huge problem if not treated. Great spot for a weekend softball tournament stay would definitely stay again.

We travelled there for a 50 mile race I was running in Dalton. The home was cute but definitely had a few issues as far as newly remodeled isn't really a great description. The location is great but definitely needs some work.
