The lower level is a separate unit, and we are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a rowhome.
House Rules:
• Guests located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C. require pre-approval before booking. Reservation made without pre-approval will be subject to cancellation per guest`s Cancellation Policy.
• Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal
• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.
• DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It`s the law!
• Speakers are prohibited from being used to play loud music at any time, including outdoors.
• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.
• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.
• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.
• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.
• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.

This property was exactly as advertised - it was clean, had everything we needed, and was a GREAT location! We loved being a couple blocks from Whole Foods and really loved Ulivo, the Italian restaurant about 2 blocks away. Communication with the host was excellent - clear instructions and fast responses. It was also great having a parking space allocated for the unit…made life that much easier! Would definitely book again!

We had a bit of a hiccup when checking in with parking but the host quickly rectified the issue. The pictures are a little different than what is actually at the house. We were expecting a different couch and a small table but none of those items were present. Then, after check in, the host was in the home putting together a new kitchen table. While the table was a welcome addition, it was a little weird that they were in the home after we had already dropped off our stuff. The two guys were very pleasant; it was a just a little off putting with no notice of being there. We came back with groceries and just had to stay upstairs until they were done. The location was great during the day but a little sketchy at night. Also, the row of houses is invested with rats. So many rats. Never saw one inside but outside they are running around everywhere so you need to be careful when waiting for an Uber or walking to your car. The host had amazing communication! Checkout instructions were the easiest I've seen and welcomed.

Our stay was lovely! Condo was very nice, had everything we needed plus some and worked perfect for our family of 6!
