Renovated country house with heated pool in Comminges.

This stone house was built in 1810 on a large plot, it has been completely renovated this year, a swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters has been built (it can be heated).
On the edge of a small village, in the middle of the hillsides, it consists of a large kitchen, a large living/dining room and a bathroom with toilet on the first floor, on the 1st floor there is a very large bedroom (the wooden framework is exposed) with a 160 bed and a single bed, and on the other side of the landing there is a second bedroom with a 160 bed, crossing this one accesses the third bedroom which is equipped with a beautiful freestanding bathtub and a sink, it has two single beds (an extra bed can be added here). A separate toilet (on the landing) completes this level.
Thanks to the swimming pool with its large sliding wooden terrace (which also allows it to be closed), the barbecue or the ping-pong table you can spend good times in the fresh air.
The region also offers beautiful walks (with a view of the Pyrenees which are an hour's drive away).
You will find all the local shops, restaurants and a supermarket within an 8-minute drive in L'Isle-en-Dodon. The house is less than an hour from Toulouse.
