Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 14.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Certaldo" 8 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 5 km.

Eine wunderbares Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana von hier aus sehr gut erreichbar.Toller großer Pool und im Haus alles was man sich wünscht und braucht. Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht ganz richtig. Es werden3 Bäder aufgeführt, es waren aber für 3 Zimmer nur 2 Bäder verfügbar.

Beautiful traditonal Tuscany stone villa with great pool and fantastic view. The host Eleonora provided great service and kept the pool and garden fresh every day. I would really recommend this villla.

Leuke ruime woning in het hart van Toscanië met zicht op San Gimininano. Ligt vlak bij het stadje Certaldo. Mooie tuin met mooi privé zwembad.
