We had a wonderful time. The unit is in a PERFECT location, a really nice part of the island. 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 min walk to Pine Ave where the shops and restaurants are. It has an old Florida feel to it. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room for our family. I appreciated that the 3rd bedroom is separate, it gave our multi-generational family privacy/space when needed. We used the grill daily and loved eating on the upper deck. The communication with the owner was fantastic. They checked in with us at arrival and the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning a trip back.

The location to the beach and beach access is perfect! The inlaw suite was very useful when you just needed a bathroom break or to grab a quick drink. Parking was abundant and check in and checkout a breeze. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals and grill on the deck with view of the ocean a plus. The unit in general could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and perhaps a new shower curtain liner but overall met our needs and we would stay again.

This is not a 3 bedroom 2 bath house unless you go outside, down the steps to access the 3rd bedroom and bathroom. Different door code even. The mattresses are all worn out and honestly feels like a cheap rental.
