Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.
Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. Villa Susanna is ideally situated in the center of the island. You will enjoy the unparalleled ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Less than 10 minutes from Hidalgo street and North Beach.
The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.

We keep coming back to this property when we stay in Isla Mujeres. Condo location is excellent, views from balconies fantastic. Condo has all the amenities of home. Memo is good at responding to requests and Chuck (host) is great in getting back to you and so nice to work with.We shall return again!

Our stay here at this property was excellent! The check in process was seamless and the property manager was wonderful. He was full of useful information and suggestions throughout our stay including arranging a golf cart and great food recommendations. The central location of the property was good for ease of getting around the island. And the views!!! Stunning! The property was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation.
