Bring the whole family to this lovely villa with lots of free parking and multiple comfy King Beds. This Villa seats on 1 Acre in a really residential and quiet neighborhood in Charlton MA. The property boasts of a spacious backyard with a private play ground for kids and a private pool with a large deck. It's less than 10 minutes away from the Treehouse brewery. The Heritage Country Club golf course is about 10 minutes from the Villa. There are several lakes within 20 minutes from the Villa.

It’s very clean with lots of room for the price. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pool is well-maintained. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot.

I rent a house every year with a pool for the family to just hang around & enjoy everyones company. This year for the time frame I needed this house was available & it's only 20 minutes from my house so to me it wasn't a vacation.
