65 km south-west of Jyväskylä, Lake Toivasjärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 300 m), dredged and sanded shore, swimming shore deepens rapidly, jetty and own rowingboat.
Laminated log house 2009, downstairs bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, living room, kitchen area, washroom, sauna, hall, vestibule, large porch on two sides of house.
Upstairs bedroom double bed, separate WC and lounge area.
Cottage has gas-fired barbecue grill, satellite TV (Finland and Russia), good music equipment. Underfloor heating works efficiently using geothermal heat, mechanical ventilation. Downstairs suitable for disabled persons.
The sauna building next to the cottage is for private use.
