Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, parking on the premises. Grocery 500 m, restaurant, bus stop, railway station 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Swimming in the Luznice river 300 m.
2-room house 41 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2 with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery 8 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom 8 m2, with sloping ceilings. Parking (fenced). Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only CS, AT. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Tolle Vermieter, die sehr daran interessiert waren, dass es uns gut geht. Alles war sauber und in guten Zustand. Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, dafür ist der Garten weitläufiger und umzäunt, was für unseren Hund ideal war. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der Wald.

Moc hezká chatička, na hezkém klidném místě. Mnoho výletu po okolí na dojezd autem i vlakem. Všude čisto a vybavení novější než na fotografiích. Nám se líbilo.
