Our apartment is newly remodeled and features exposed brick walls throughout the apartment, lots of natural light, as well as a comfortable queen bed, a full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. We include a parking space for the lot directly across from the apartment as well.
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all.
Most everything is walkable. We do include a numbered parking space in the parking lot across from the apartment.

Stayed at this property twice now, meets our needs perfectly. Great location being downtown and walking distance to bars, restaurants and Marietta College. Property owner is very accessible and proactive with communications.

Safe and convenient location with close and easy parking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Been here a few times before while visiting children and grandchildren. Always a great stay. Hope to come again if it’s available. Very clean and great restaurants nearby.
