Clean . No instructions for coffee maker , we never figured it out had to go out to find coffee. That was my only complaint. Easy to get to tubing and waterpark that makes it easy . Oh also you should upon check in let people know not to keep there card key near any car keys or phones . We got locked out once .

We were frustrated by the number of closed events. The pool was closed for two days. The closest restaurant was closed upon arrival. There were no maps given for nearby hiking trails.
