Enjoy the best of both worlds, with proximity to restaurants, shops, and the Gulf of Mexico just outside your door. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and sun-worshippers alike, it’s the perfect getaway any time of year!
Summerwind West 1003 is a beautiful tenth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Beautiful interiors and cozy furnishings set the stage for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master suite showcase expansive views of beautiful Navarre Beach. Sink into the couch or loveseat in the living room, catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or simply open the doors and let the ocean breeze drift in. Your small party or large group will find room to spread out at the dining table or breakfast bar, and plenty of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen makes preparing, serving, and storing your favorite snacks and meals a breeze. Take in the breathtaking views from the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony, the perfect spot for catching the sunset. The guest suite is equally accommodating, with two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We very much enjoyed the beach view. The condo was very clean and well kept. All decor was very pretty. Accessories were a plus.The only reason for the 4 star rating is because there is no inside chain lock or bolt lock inside the front door for added security and there was no latch at all on the balcony door.

This unit was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. I would definitely return here. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. The management company was prompt and answering my questions. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. The kitchen as well equipped we were able to cook. It is centrally located where you can walk to several restaurants and over to the Bayside. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

A cozy, family-friendly condo right on the beach and walking distance to Navarre Pier. It was clean and accommodating. Our kids appreciated the heated pool!

I go to this area every year and for the price, this condo needs improvement. Right away we noticed mold in the ceiling on one room and the remote was broken. We only stayed 4 nights and the last night the batteries needed replaced in the master and was chirping the entire night. The elevator was broke and coming and going down 10 flights of stairs with stuff isn't ideal. I met my friend in their condo 2 buildings over and her price was cheaper and she had only 2 bedrooms, but it has an open floor plan and up-to-date ammendities like a Keurig with actual more space.
