The space
Building amenities include gym, tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, running track around outside of building, huge outdoor patio with grills and community center with billiards and shuffleboard tables, plus doorman with security.
Guest access
You'll have access to all of the building's amenities except the pool and hot tub which are currently being renovated. Also, depending on when your stay is, you can either park in my covered reserved parking spot or use our covered guest parking for 24-48 hours. Please inquire for further detail if you plan on having a car.
Other things to note
Please read and agree to the House Rules before booking. Otherwise your reservation might be cancelled and/or you may be fined if you don’t follow the House Rules. Also Denver law requires that in order to Airbnb it must be your primary residence meaning the owner must live there at least 6 months a year. Thus, while guests will have plenty of closet and drawer space, the owner’s personal possessions (clothing, tactful pictures/photos) will be there as well. If this makes you uncomfortable you should probably book elsewhere though this will also be the same with pretty much every Airbnb in Denver.
