Located on King Street in the heart of Broughty Ferry, the apartment is well positioned for enjoying the local area. The beach and harbour are only a short walk away, and a wide range of shops, galleries and restaurants can be found along the nearby high street.
Living Space
The apartment is arranged across the first and second floors of a traditional semi detached property. The first floor features a spacious lounge filled with natural light, overlooking a stained glass window from a former historic art gallery.
Comfortable modern furniture creates a relaxed setting, while the open fire adds warmth and character, making it an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the area.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen sits alongside a dining area with seating for up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.
Bedrooms
The apartment offers three bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature king size beds, while the third includes a king size sofa bed. One of the king beds can be arranged as twin beds if preferred.
One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the remaining two bedrooms are reached via a short curved staircase leading to the second floor.
Bathroom
The main bathroom includes a freestanding claw foot roll top bath along with a large walk in shower cubicle, combining traditional design with modern comfort.
There is also a separate WC on the first floor.

My husband and I loved everything about this property! It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The setting of Broughty Ferry was picturesque and we were able to walk to shops and the beach quite easily. We plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the area!

Lovely flat in the heart of the ferry. Clean and spacious with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We would definitely return.

This property is in a great location close to the m shops and amenities in Broughty Ferry. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and very clean. It had everything we wanted and there was ample space for four adults and two teenagers. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to use this apartment again.
