The accomodation is on the lower part of the house. House "Bosque". In the district of Covatelles, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'080 m2 (fenced) with swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Super maison,bien équipé , beaucoup d'espace, super piscine. Non préciser: une chambre est accessible uniquement en passant par une autre, 3 des 4 chambres sont attenantes. Grande salle de bain à revoir car écoulement très lent,idem pour douche extérieur. Jolie jardin ,dommage qu'il ne soit pas entretenu car toute les feuilles mortes tombe dans la piscine et la douche extérieure avec le vent. Quartier résidentielle, très calme (sauf quand les chiens aboient toute la nuit). Agence au top
