Urb. Radazul: Select urbanization with marina and stairway directly to the sea. There is also a shopping centre with shops, restaurant, pharmacy, newsagents, doctors. The house has a Morroccan corner which will be prepared only upon client’s request. The house is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility, because there is a stairway access to the property. 2-family house "Antequera". Outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Santa Cruz, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: with 850 m2, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Arbour, barbecue. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Radazul" 850 m, sandy beach "Playa La Nea", public bathing area 800 m. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Hier bekommt man alles geboten und kann sich richtig wohl fühlen. Die Vermieterin wohnt oben drüber, wovon man allerdings nichts mitbekommt. Zudem ist sie sehr sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Man kann komplett frei sein und entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene , 1 Kind ) haben 5 wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen unglaublich schönen Garten mit Pool. Wirklich so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.
Die beiden Töchter sprechen sehr gut deutsch.
Der Supermarkt ist über Stufen zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Wunderbare Aussicht über das Meer. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten. Hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Ideal für Selbstversorger. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Mietwagen unbedingt notwendig. Zum Supermarkt 10 Minuten (steile Treppe), zum Hafen gut 25 Minuten (über die stark befahrene Strasse). Radazul selber bietet nicht viel. Kleiner Strand vorhanden.

Le logement, les hôtes sont très bien, malheureusement la présence d'insectes dans le logement durant notre séjour nous a obligé à interrompre celui-ci . Interhome et la propriétaires ont été compréhensifs et nous ont remboursés les 8 nuits restantes pour poursuivre nos vacances.
