45 km north of Joensuu, Hiekkalampi pool 5 m, shallow and deep shore, soft sanded mud bottom, own boat.

Wooden cottage 2007, living room/kitchen living room/kitchen, bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 2 beds + an extra bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom, dressing room, open porch.
