• BEDS: King Bed in Upper Level with 43" TV, a bathroom, Jacuzzi; Queen Bed in Main Level with a 43" TV, a bathroom; Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig with K-cups, drip coffeemaker with coffee ground, toaster, cooking basics, spices
• GENERAL: Air conditioning, central heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, ceiling fans, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, essentials
• FREE PARKING: You can park anywhere on the driveway, there's a plenty of space (3-4 vehicles)
-- GUEST ACCESS --
• The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided the code 1 day before check-in
-- GUEST INTERACTION --
• This cabin is owned and managed by me and my wife, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help, answer your call personally.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we're available via phone call, text or email from 7am CST to 11pm CST.
-- SECURITY --
• For our safety and yours, there are 2 security cameras that automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property: 1 at the entrance and 1 at the deck, both points toward the driveway. The cameras DO NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.
• These cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.
-- OTHER THINGS TO NOTE--
• IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow any check in on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• This cabin is in the mountains and the woods. The roads are little steep, one lane paved mountain road and a short gravel road to the cabin.
• You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.
• Do not leave food in the car or outside and always lock the doors. Bears know how to open your car.
• No refunds will be given for weather, so please plan accordingly, including being prepared with food and all-wheel drive.
• A gas grill is on the deck for your use. Please note that it's outside and it's just not feasible to clean it between every guest, so you may need to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person. Please make sure you put correct number of guests in the reservation.
• Read and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, which will be sent by 3CVacationHomes via email.

What a spectacular cabin! It was convenient and modern without losing the charm of a cabin in the woods. The bed was comfy, shower pressure great, and the tub with the view was AMAZING. (There's actually enough hot water to fill it! A problem we've run into at other rentals.) The kitchen had every tool you could need and the dining room table and breakfast bar were both handy.The outdoor space was the best part! It has both screened in and outdoor deck spaces with great seating options - dining table and chairs, grill, rockers, a fire table, bar stools and counter, and hot tub. We spent most of our time at the cabin outside. Watching the Smoky Mountain clouds drift in and out of the neighboring valleys and listening to all the birds was so peaceful and relaxing. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only 15-20 minutes from the cabin. It's an easy drive through the mountains that takes you straight into Metcalf Bottoms Picnic Area so you can avoid the crowded main entrances. Plus you are close enough to Pigeon Forge to easily run in for groceries, restaurants, and activities.And... we had a big, furry visitor who politely kept his distance and stayed just long enough to get a picture and then peacefully wandered off. What a great stay!

Very secluded and extremely quiet place to relax for our anniversary. The cabin was well stocked, the bed was comfy, the hot tub was comfy, the furniture was also comfy. The Internet and Wi-Fi worked well and reasonably fast and the Water pressure was great. If you love a scenic view, this may be the cabin for you!

Such a beautiful cabin with an even more beautiful view. We enjoyed the privacy, secluded feeling, the hot tub was perfect, and the tub with the view was relaxing. We stayed for a long weekend, saw bears every day! My favorite thing about our stay was drinking coffee on the deck watching baby bears eat berries in the trees. Unforgettable stay, thank you!

Nice cabin, beautiful views. Only issue we had was not enough towels and wash clothes. Owner made aware of situation corrected problem. Nice area to stay. Peaceful and quiet.
