PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (From Ground Level to 1st Floor), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House is in great condition and very clean. Convenient to a lot of fun activities for kids and adults! Only complaint is that communication with the rental company was challenging.

Beautiful house, very comfy and cozy!! We were down for bike week, all adults and this house was perfect!! We loved having an elevator, since we had 2 in the group that recently had surgery. Thank you!! We are going to rent again in the spring!!!

Spacious house & cute decor with plenty of room for our group of 8! Enjoyed the private pool. I was hoping for better communication with the property management company. We offered to pay extra for an early check in, was told to contact property management on the day of arrival, we did and still weren't given a clear indication as to whether or not the house was ready. We were told they would let us know once the cleaners had left the property, they never contacted us (we drove by the property a few times and no one was there cleaning it). I sent a picture of a cracked glass from the cupboard and asked if they'd like us to dispose of it or leave it out & they never responded. When I was sent a message asking how the stay was going, I responded with a few general cleaning suggestions & no response was given.
Again, the house was great for our group. The property management communication was lacking.

Had a wonderful time. Only issue was the neighbor power washing their house a got our motorcycles soaked but nothing bad to say about this property
