Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every guest arrives. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. We also provide extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.
NOTE: We offer housekeeping/cleaning service daily during your stay at an additional cost to our guests: $175 for regular cleaning and $140 for basic (no laundry).

Free parking for up to 1 vehicles on the driveway (Garage not included)

You will have the entire main and upper level of the house with a separate entrance, while the basement is off-limits. The basement tenant has a separate entrance to the house, so it won't impact your stay.
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home—main floor and upper level. No shared entrances, No shared amenities. Just you and your guests.

Three adults, a couple and a single, so the bedrooms and bathrooms were important to us. Plenty of space on the ground and first floors. We only knew about the basement tenant from the whether or not the car was there. The rental offered all we needed for a comfortable stay and it's close to shopping, fuel etc which is handy. We mentioned a few things to the owner, Parviz, whom we met and is very friendly, that would make the rental even better and are confident he'll take them on board. He was very easy to contact and very helpful during the whole trip.We were near family but the location is also convenient for exploring the Ontario area, which we did by car and Toronto, where we drove to the station a few miles away and then took the train and the return was under C10. Definitely somewhere we would all recommend and will check out if we are back in Milton seeing family in future years.
