Very cozy for 2 parents and a 1 year old. Used the pack n play for baby sleeps in the 2nd bedroom. Cooked some hearty meals for the cold weather. Walked down to the frozen lake. And took the 2 min drive to Nicks lakehouse for lunch.

We booked this rental sort of last minute. Lucky for us, it was available! Location was excellent. The lake was a ahort walk. Peaceful yard with the deer.

Lovely quiet cottage with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and serene. Only downside was that, while the lake was close, the public access area was a bit farther than we expected (a 10 minute walk on a busy road without sidewalks). But close access to kayak/canoe/pedal boat rentals, tons of hiking trails, great indoor & outdoor spaces on the property, and everything we needed to cook our own meals and relax. The s'mores supplies from the host were a thoughtful, sweet bonus!
