At the studio itself, take advantage of the coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-fridge to prepare a simple breakfast before you head out. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lake views are seasonal and typically are available from November until April. During the warmer months, the trees in front of the windows obstruct views of the water.
This home is located on the first-floor basement level. Guests will need to go downstairs to access the studio.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unique location, comfortable beds, decent bathroom. Unit was very clean but balcony table and chairs very dirty. Tv lost internet, coffee maker was useless, door combo was too long and didn't always work the 1st time.

The room itself was fine. I was at Tan Tar A for a conference. The outdoor patio could use some sprucing up.

It was good experience, overall. The location, comfort of bed and balcony was pleasant. Entry was simple. I did have to kill a quarter size spider by the bed. Water pressure and temperature was satisfactory. I would have preferred peephole for the door and less space between bottom of door and floor/carpet to minimize entry of insects etc.
I would do it again.
