Quiet time in Morbihan, 20 minutes from the beaches...

This haven of peace is our everyday life! We love sharing it with families who enjoy getting together in a quiet setting and taking advantage of the delights of Morbihan. We live in a small hamlet next to Sainte Anne d'Auray, with all amenities (Basilica, doctors, bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, etc.) and we are 10 minutes from the center of Auray. We live 20 minutes from the ocean, from the large beaches of Penthièvre, for example. It is absolutely essential that you know that we share our house with our two cats and that they will be your housemates! They are independent and do their business outside. If you love cats, you and your children will have no problem getting along with them. The house is very bright and has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor. Upstairs: 2 teenagers' bedrooms + 1 guest bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet. 160m² in total. We have just built an 80m² wooden deck, furnished with garden furniture. The garden is very spacious (2500 m²). 3 parking spaces for our house.
