Haus Gutschi with Mountain Views, Large Garden and Wi-Fi

Haus Gutschi is located in the heart of Imst and offers wonderful views of the surrounding Alps. Built in the 1970s, this timeless single-family home has been transformed into a comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.



The two-story holiday home features an open layout and a spacious garden of about 1,000 m². It includes a dining room, a cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a third separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Tschirgant. Two covered terraces and a charcoal grill are also available.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with cable channels, a wide selection of books, children's books, and some toys. A baby cot and a high chair are provided as well.



There are two parking spaces on the property and a garage parking spot. Storage for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a ski depot, are available.



A family-friendly swimming pool is nearby but out of earshot. Numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance. A traditional bakery is quickly accessible by car or on foot.



Away from mass tourism, the Muttekopf, Plattein, and Tschirgant invite you to extensive mountain tours. Hoch-Imst offers many opportunities to enjoy nature in the mountains in both summer and winter. The Pitztal, Ötztal, and other destinations are easily reached by car or public transport.
