Three-room apartments: double room, one twin room, living room, kitchenette (fridge, coffee machine) and bathroom with shower, shared terrace. Equipment: satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, safe.
Beautiful holiday complex and winery located in Chianti, just 35 km from Florence. It enjoys a wonderful sunny location with a breathtaking view over the valley and the surrounding landscape. The landscape at sunset is particularly worth mentioning.
It is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation or for visiting Tuscany.
The property consists of 43 comfortable apartments as well as numerous facilities and entertainment options for guests. These include a large garden, a swimming pool (approx. 20x8, open from April to October), children's pool, barbecue, horse riding, tennis court, children's playground, table tennis, billiards, laundry room, bicycles, wine and olive oil tasting and a restaurant. Internet Wi-Fi in the apartments and in most of the complex. The apartments are of various sizes, beautifully decorated in a typical Tuscan style while maintaining the original architecture of the building, including beamed ceilings. They can be on the ground floor or on the first or second floor.
Nearest grocery store in San Donato village, just a few minutes walk (7 minutes - 600 m). The mall outlet is 10 km away, Reggello 5 km, Arezzo 60 km, Siena 70 km.
Deposit € 150. Included: gas, electricity, water, bed and toilet linen, final cleaning, heating, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: air conditioning € 5 / day, washing machine € 5, pets allowed free of charge (on request). Breakfast € 9 / person. Tourist tax € 2 / person / day (max 6 days)

I stayed here with my husband and parents and it couldn’t have been lovelier! We loved walking the grounds, swimming in the pool, and eating at the onsite restaurant. Communication with the host was fast and easy and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect. Giuseppe was available to answer any and all questions. He even gave us a ride to the top of the hill for Lunch, when we arrived too early to check in. The home is spectacular, nothing else needs to be said about it. The views are better than the photos. Enjoy the coast and avoid the crowds. Local restaurants are walkable and top notch. Walk down the steps to multiple beaches and restaurants or drive to Amalfi/Positano. The views of Mt. Vesuvius when you drive down the backside of the mountains away from the beach are a must do.
