About this house rental
The original home on our property, dating back to the late 1800's. Recently updated, we hope guests will find our home has a contemporary feel, while maintaining its rustic and historic charm.
We are confident the peaceful setting and beautiful views of this private homestead will make for a memorable stay. Historic downtown Hendersonville, along with multiple wineries, breweries and apple orchards are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.

• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles
Living Space
• 58" smart Roku TV in the living room - large windows offering views of the pond
• Queen pullout couch
• Fully equipped kitchen w/ all essentials provided
• Bedroom #1 features a king bed and large bay window with views of the neighboring woods
• Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and views of the neighboring woods
• Shared guest bath with walk in shower
• Washer and dryer located off Bedroom #1 and also has access from the front porch

• Large covered porch with views of the pond
• Spacious yard for games and fellowship, including a 6 seater firepit
• Large dock for fishing

The property is beautiful! A nice escape and close enough in all directions to enjoy so many activities! The fireflies were an extra bonus we really loved!

This is such a beautiful farmhouse with breathtaking views. Our son loved the fishing dock and exploring. The host is very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!
