The unit is on the 6th floor and has 3 bedrooms of nice size. Beds very comfortable. The view is wonderful. For the price it was pretty good. Renters should expect if someone is cooking in another unit you will smell it. The washer/dryer is incredibly loud and bothersome. Bring your own TP and extra trash bags. The most disappointing area of condo was the LR. The sofa is dirty and stained; if you sit on it and another person joins you then you will sink toward one another. No comfortable chairs. The grounds are nicely landscaped and make a nice little walking area. The pool is beautiful and so is smaller pool. Indoor pool was warm which was wonderful as we came in mid-May and water in both outdoor pools and the ocean was chilly but bearable. No umbrellas around pool so no shade. There is a small workout room with a couple of treadmills and bikes all facing a lone TV, but it’s grey and dark with no windows. Security: Guard at gate or on grounds. Gates to beach egress are coded. Felt pretty safe. Saw a couple of guests reporting things and guards were listening. Elevator: Fast and close to unit. Location: Right in the middle of many activities and restaurants. 98% of people we met in area were kind and helpful. Clientele: Mix of residents, college kids, seniors, and families. Overall for the price we thought it was a good deal. Biggest flaw was uncomfortable living room furniture. We rented beach chairs for 45 a day and they have umbre.

Everything was great! The space was perfect for our family of 5, view was nice, and location is ideal, close enough to stores for essentials, while the property feels private and not too crowded. We were just a little bit surprised by the lack of some basic supplies; they provide very little toilet paper, no hand soap, had a somewhat random assortment of pots and pans (and no teaspoon)-- appointed more like a hotel than other vacation rentals we've used. With that being said, they were up front about what they provide in the listing- just maybe take inventory upon arrival before going shopping for longer stays! Overall, we loved our stay-highly recommend!

Room was very nice and super easy to get to from elevator! View was fantastic. Room had just about all you need for your stay! Communication with the host was unfair. Paperwork in condo says you get 2 parking passes but they give you one then up charge you 10 more than the security gate cost for an extra pass. Beds were hard, sofa could use updating. While enjoying an afternoon on the patio while my kids napped, the table moved and I found a hidden camera. Immediately messaged the host and they never responded to me about the issue. I didn't see any clarification in the listing stating cameras on the balcony. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap, nice place. This is a good one.
