Located in the heart of Benton Park, this home is huge, with large, spacious rooms and tall ceilings. This 2nd level condo offers all the modern amenities blended with historic charm. Two spacious bedrooms with King and Queen beds, Smart tvs, an updated bathroom and NEW kitchen w/ SS appliances. Within walking distance to many local favorites (bars, restaurants, cafes) and 3 blocks from the famous Anheuser Busch Brewery. Convenient to Busch Stadium, Soulard, downtown and the convention center.

The condo is perfect for traveling nurses, relo or a long term stay. The 2 Bedrooms are on separate ends of the house allowing guests more privacy than a traditional 2 bedroom rental. Located on the 2nd floor with it's own private entry foyer from the 1st level as well as private 2nd floor covered balcony.

Guests will be able to access via a Smart Lock on the front door.

Only problem was the pots & pans had been ruined by previous renters. We couldn't use them because of the flaky teflon.Ended up buying a 20 iron griddle and cooking on the center burner.

We really enjoyed the condo and the area it was very peaceful and gave off a vibe of home.We will definitely be coming back and the communication with the owner was great from the time we checked in until we left

Place was exactly as advertised. Its a huge and spacious space. The hubby and I enjoyed our stay!
