Air conditioning and heating, Internet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, open space to a living room and a kitchen. It has a very small patio; Being an interior, it is silent, an advantage being in the historic center. The building has a lift.
In the same historic center, two steps from the Plaza de la Constitución.
Stays of 28 days or more from Nov to March (included) have a significant discount, so they pay their electricity bill and 0,50 cents per person/day for water (all to be paid separately).
The center of Malaga is full of restaurants, bars, cafes, museums .... Although it is in the same center, this area is quiet at night, because there are no bars for drinks. La Malagueta beach is 15 minutes away on foot, and the bus station is only 5 minutes away on foot.
We do not take calls after 22.00 hours.

We enjoyed this location very much. We were in the heart of Malaga Centro. The property is as described. We spent 4 nights here. This location was easy to find from the Malaga train Centro location. All within walking distance. The property manager we quick to respond to inquiries. The check in and out process clear and concise. We experienced a quiet building. We would recommend this property for a couple . Thanks to Eva.
