Great location. You can walk to the beach and the views are nice. This space is clean and updates but has the bare minimum. No extra blankets, coffee, or board games. This is all reflected in the listing so no surprises, just being factual!

Spent 4 nights with my son and a few of his friends as a last summer hurrah. The place is very clean (appears new) with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus for a towel load. I wish you could open windows (beyond the master bedroom) the A/C units prevent this. We also had flies which was irritating -not sure where they were getting in. A fly swatter would make a great addition! The communication was seamless and quick. I would highly recommend -would fit a family with 2-3 kids well. 2 min walk to the beach is not an exaggeration -the access was so nice and we enjoyed 4 amazing sunsets! We walked to Union Pier for market goods and visited New Buffalo a few times, Stray Dog is always a kid fave.

Second time staying here with family. It's been newly remodeled and updates are great. Can't beat the location. Communication was great. All amenities were there. We especially liked the beach gear for the short stroll to the beach.

Property appears to be brand new. Overall, it was a great property in terms of friendliness of the management company and the cleanliness of the property, quality of the linens, bed, convenient parking, water, pressure and chairs for the beach, etc. The only issue was the air-conditioning is window units and there is not one in the master bedroom. The only way to get it to a tolerable temperature is to freeze the entire apartment and have all the fans on trying to get the air to blow into the section of the house. So while the rest of the house was 65, the bedroom never got below 72. The other issue is the freezer doesn’t have ice trays nor an icemaker, so the only way to have ice is to go buy some, and while there is a coffee machine, there were no supplies to make coffee. Still, it was a great location and a great experience and I would probably stay there again as long as we did not need touse both bedrooms- which would that make the air conditioning a challenge.
