About this house rental
La Charmeraie, a winegrower's house from 1830, completely restored of 311m2 with its living room with a large fireplace and very comfortable sofas allowing you to spend pleasant and warm evenings.
The kitchen open to the dining room is very convivial and well equipped.
This house has 4 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom that can accommodate up to 13 people and young children (travel cots, high chairs available on request...)
You can enjoy the 8500 m2 park, where you can play and relax in peace and quiet (trampoline, ping pong table...)
Equipped with a 5-seater spa in the air-conditioned veranda (3 seated and 2 bed), view of the garden for moments of relaxation.
A private swimming pool covered with a mid-height and heated shelter, open from April to October.
Beds are made on arrival, towels and large towels for the spa are provided.

A perfect location to visit the Centre Region, its great castles and its Beauval zoo. Between Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau, Montrichard, Selles sur Cher, Loches, Montrésor....
Ideal for tasting regional products: Selles sur Cher (goat's cheese), Saint Michel biscuits (Contres), asparagus and strawberries from Sologne, honey, chocolates from Max Vauché (Bracieux) and wines: sparkling Touraine, sauvignon, red Cheverny...

Our charming host, Stephanie, was one of the nicest people we met on our visit--and we met many wonderful people. May she never lose her enthusiasm! The picture on VRBO is of the back--which includes the pool--so desirable during that heat wave we experienced! We drove up to a lovely entry to a beautiful home. Stephanie greeted us warmly and carefully showed us the spotless and well-kept home; washer & dryer, the whirlpool, the pool, all the bedrooms, the kitchen and how things worked, etc. Thorough and very helpful. We picked this spot as a central location for touring the Loire Valley castles but ended up spending much of the time in this delightful home--quality, family time!
