About this house rental
Just stroll out the back gate and you’re straight onto the beach and moments from cafés and restaurants—Greenpark #10 perfectly captures the laid‑back coastal holiday vibe.
This well‑positioned townhouse is spread across three comfortable levels, offering space, convenience, and effortless beach living.
Downstairs, you’re welcomed by a tiled entrance foyer with a handy shower to rinse off after the beach, plus a toilet off the laundry, which is equipped with a washing machine. An enclosed courtyard provides space for storing surfboards and beach gear. (Please note: the garage is not available for guest use.)
The middle level is dedicated to living and entertaining. Enjoy relaxed open‑plan living with space to comfortably seat eight guests for meals indoors or outside on the balcony. An awning offers shade while you enjoy ocean breezes, and there’s additional casual seating inside. The large kitchen is well appointed with generous bench space—ideal for BBQ prep—and
includes a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and electric oven.
Upstairs, you’ll find a renovated bathroom and three spacious bedrooms, all featuring built‑in wardrobes and private balcony access. The north‑facing master bedroom boasts a king‑size bed, mirrored robes, and its own TV—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
