About this house rental
This small, two bedroom, modular house, is located about a mile (1.6 kilometres) from Yellowstone! It measures about 420 square feet or 39 square metres. The outside measurements are about 12 feet by 35 feet, or about 3.6 metres by about 10.6 metres.
Both bedrooms are very small, and each has a double bed. The living area is also small, and although this modular home will sleep four, there are only seats for three in the small lounge and around the small dining table.
Please be aware that the hot water heater in this modular home is really small! There is not space for a larger one. This means that if someone takes a long shower, or if you are using the washer on hot, you will have to wait for the hot water heater to build up more hot water, before other people can shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, range, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you need, as well as towels and bed linens. There is also a clothes washer and dryer.

Before booking, please make sure you can be here before 10 pm, as we cannot make exceptions to the check-in time. Please take delays in the park into consideration. You never know when you may run into a buffalo jam! Please do not ask if we can make an exception to the check in-time. I regret that we cannot. The reason for this is that we do not want the noise of late check-ins disturbing other guests who may be trying to sleep. Once you're here, you can get back to your room any time you choose. It's just the noise from checking in we're trying to avoid late at night. Thank you for your consideration!

There was 4 adults and it is 2 bedroom so it worked good for us. We didn’t cook but there is everything needed to cook with. Loved being right in town and only a little ways from the west enter yellowstone. I would stay again if in the area. Lots of fresh clean towels. Thanks for everything!

Okay accomodations, fine for a night or two if you are hitting the parks nearby. Easily walkable to all of West Yellowstone.

While sufficient and quaint in a quaint location, the shower was exceptionally small. This works for a couple of people, any more and it would be cramped.
