beautiful location. I didn't realize that there was another occupied rental right beside this one. I would have preferred to have know. Upon arrival, the water was not turned on, but owner was able to correct fairly quickly.

Very clean with cute decor. Comfortable bedding, ample clean linens and a well stocked kitchen. Only disadvantage was the remote location. They fully disclosed that in description but it was inconvenient to have to drive so far to get supplies when needed. Having the only bathroom on second floor was not ideal but ok. I would suggest adding at least 1/2 bath on lower level. The upper family room level was great! We enjoyed watching movies there. Overall, we had a good stay and felt the accommodations were nice and do recommend it for families.

We stayed here for 2.5 days, and the kids already asked to stay here again whenever we visit the area again. The host family is so kind and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable (Lainey baked us bread upon our arrival!). It snowed on our last day there, and they even shoveled a path around our car and to our front door.
Their two super-friendly dogs were always there to greet us, and the other animals on the farm were fun to visit with. It's a spacious, gated property, so the kids were able to play outside and walk the grounds on their own. The house is stocked with books, a few games, toys, and drawing supplies. Most importantly, the house is CLEAN. Thank you, Drake and Lainey. We really enjoyed our stay.
