This is a lovely, two bedroom, second/ third floor condo located in the highly desired Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Just across the street to the beautiful powdery white sand beach.
The condo is fully furnished with a new King-size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is huge! Brand new oversized chair that contains a pull out twin bed! or extra sleeping options! The second bedroom has two single twin beds. You'll also find the couch serves as a sleeper sofa.

Updated bathrooms on both levels of the condo, an updated kitchen with every amenity you desire for your home cooked meals and blazing fast free Wi-Fi throughout the condo to stay connected with everyone back at home. The upstairs bathroom includes a washer and dryer. A lovely porch to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or sip a cocktail. Steps from one of the pools at the community. Plenty of parking in the condo. The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is close to Madeira Beach’s finest white sand beach at Archibald Memorial Beach Park complete with its own snack bar, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Watch the dolphins or fish from the new pier and experience the spectacular sunsets on the beach. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private, gated well-kept facility. The property has a clubhouse with a small, well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and billiards room. It also has two outdoor heated swimming pools, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and benches and several fishing docks.

The perfect location of this unit is equally close to both swimming pools & just across the road to Archibald park beach. Winn-Dixie Supermarket, liquor store, CVS drugstore, and U.S. Post Office. The Gulf Beaches Library is also across the street. Great rainy-day option, you can obtain a temporary membership and check books out. It's resort style living with all the privacy and relaxation of home!

We are adjacent to R.O.C. park - tennis, basketball, baseball sports & event field, and paved walkways that edge Boca Ciega Bay. There is even a splash pad playground for the younger kids. Perfect for early morning & evening strolls & sunset views.
Madeira Beach Yacht Club 337F is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intercoastal Waterway named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.
John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop till your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sports activity, but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops and many public beach access points. Area beaches consistently voted as best in the US. This is a great place to stay! It is close to the beach and other attractions. It was very clean with plenty of extra towels and blankets. Convenient parking and access to the pool. Bob and Janelle were very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely stay again!

Based on our recent stay at the condo, it definitely is as advertised. We were a family of three and had lots of room. The condo had all the amenities we needed to settle in or be on the go. A grocery store nearby was convenient. A detailed guide on nearby amenities and attractions was extremely helpful as well!
We visited the pools onsite and the nearby beach. The beach is located about a 7-minute walk and is a fabulous beach with great sand.
A surprise to us was R.O.C. park. In the week we were staying at the condo, there was a Division 1 Women's softball tournament followed by a carnival.
We would consider staying at the condo for a future vacation.

Beautiful area and photos of the location and condo are very accurate. Location was nice although a couple of the neighbors below was a little rude. Bob and Janelle kept in contact during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Would recommend for a family vacation.
