This long-term rental property is a home that offers a spacious 1,350 square feet over two levels. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six. Stepping up a few stairs to the front porch, you'll enter via the front door, putting you right into the main level great room adorned with hardwood floors. This area offers the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV. This room also offers floor-to-ceiling windows, offering tons of natural lighting! In the kitchen, whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, and all the cookware you'll need. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen island or seating for 6 at the dinner table.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels, and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries, and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it's only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don't miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! You'll also want to take advantage of the Whitefish Trail system with 43 miles of hiking & biking trails, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, breweries, distilleries, a train museum, golf courses and local events such as Huckleberry Days, farmer's markets, rodeos and Under the Big Sky music festival!

Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
