This amazing five bedroom, five full bathroom two story house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, features a fully functional kitchen and dining area, a private pool and hot tub to entertain the whole family

All guests driving on the premises must be pre-registered and listed in the gate-access application by the owner or property manager.
RIDE SHARE SERVICES
At minimum one (1) guest via ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft or commercial taxi must be registered for entry. Additionally, ride share drivers are required to present a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to gain entry to ChampionsGate. Guests not listed in the gate-access
application must leave the entry area of the gatehouse and contact the management company or property owner they rented the house from.

Overall this property was great and exactly as described. The house is spacious, clean, and in a great location. Communication with the owner was a bit difficult. Because this is managed by a property management company, the balance due was processed through a third party website (not VRBO). After I sent multiple messages asking for confirmation of payment, I had to call VRBO because I was starting to worry I got scammed. It was legitimate and the host eventually processed the payment and messaged me back. I also had messaged about adding the heated pool and had to go through the same process to get my message noticed (with giving the host 2 weeks to respond before calling). Once we were there though, house was exactly as described and host responded to text at number on check in info for the one small issue that came up.
