It is located on the main street of the Egia neighborhood, a few steps from Zurriola Beach, five minutes walk from the Center of San Sebastián and also close to the Old Town. It is surrounded by all kinds of services and is also just 300 meters from the train and bus station.

Apartament confortable, net, ben equipat i ben decorat, amb un bona mida. Ubicat en un barri residencial tranquil, amb serveis, proper al centre de la ciutat i a les platges, a peu. Amb aparcament de pagament i supermercat just al davant. Personal molt amable. Hi tornaríem sense cap dubte.
