Beautiful Hungarian Retreat suitable for Families

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely rustic property near Kiskunfelegyhaza. The large swimming pool was a huge bonus and the springboard was used a lot by the younger members of our party. We had a great day in Budapest-Hungarian public transport is amazing. There are shops and restaurants within easy reach. We recommend the Rose Garden for service and quality of food

All communications with owners and the housekeeper were easy and replies came fast. Villa was exactly as in the pictures, a cosy country villa. If you are looking for a Scandinavian look, this is not for you. But for a relaxed stay with nice outdoor opportunities, this is a good option. And compared to some locations, the road leading to this villa is super + grocery stores etc. aren’t too far.

This house has everything a multi generational family needs for a wonderful relaxing vacation. We are four families (grandparents and adult children with grandchildren). Each had a bedroom. The only downside was the super small size of two of the bed rooms. The house itself is big and with its three bathrooms (and one in the pool house) enough room for everyones needs. A big table provided room for 9 people. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a dishwasher (lifesaver with 9 people). The washing machine broke on the first day but got exchanged within three days! Thank you, Kris! The pool was clean and well cared of and there were plenty of pool lounger, chairs and sunshades. The kids enjoyed playing pool or table-soccer in the pool house. There was an extra fridge in the pool house which was awesome to have cool drinks. Kris, the manager, was always super helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had. Thank you! The area around the house is beautiful with plenty of trails to go on walks. The town nearby is wonderful. We only had one critic on that house and that was the cleanliness. We’ve spent some time after arriving to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. The curtains are extremely dirty. We found a lot of clothes in the dressers and wardrobes so there wasn’t room to store or hang up own clothes. My parents just threw out the other clothes to make themselves room but we others just lived out of our suitcase. Besides these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and we honestly hope to come back one day. It was wonderful!

The property was set in a nice location but the description of the holiday was nothing like the pool was nice but there was no air-conditioning which was a must in the heat we had no hot tub and not cleaned from the previous guest there was food in the cooker dred to think how long that was in there it nearly made me sick from the smell
