About this house rental
You can have it all - beach and tidal dock! Ez Duz It is a lazy stroll to beach access and even easier stroll to the backyard dock. Sink a bobber or paddle yourself out to Jink's Creek channel for a little nature therapy. Too much effort? How about rocking on the screen porch until it's time to fire up the grill? There is also a sundeck off the upstairs loft. Upgrades made by owners in 2025 include new decking, and new living room sofas. Garage is for owner use only. Linens not provided. Owner provides You Tube TV.

Important to remember that not only bed linens are not included but also need to bring towels, washcloths, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. There is an island market a few blocks away and grocery stores 15 minutes away.
