Enjoy shopping and dining on the lake in Rockwall or Fire Wheel Mall in Garland. This is a great short term getaway. Whether you need a place for business or maybe you need a place to hangout for a few days, weeks, or maybe even months you will enjoy our home. Please note Pool and Spa are NOT heated during the winter months of Dec, Jan, and Feb. City of Rowlett guidelines for short rental allows a maximum of 12 guest and 4 cars parked on the property in the driveway, street parking is NOT allowed for short term rentals. Please inform your guest and plan accordingly.

Air conditioning was not cooling when we got there but owner got maintenance man there quickly. It just took a very long time to cool the house down.
