Casa Nicola in Minusio is an elegant, high-quality holiday home offering 90 m² of living space, modern comforts, and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The property features three rooms, including two bedrooms and a living room with parquet flooring, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The renovation, completed in 2024, ensures modern, stylish interiors and high-quality furnishings throughout.
Located in Minusio, the property offers easy access to the natural beauty of Ticino. The lake and beaches are just 2 km away, while shopping facilities can be reached within approximately 1.5 km. The nearest public transport stop is 500 metres away. A covered parking space (carport) and a private parking space are also available, making arrival by car particularly convenient.

Please note that, due to the characteristics of the property, the accommodation is not suitable for young children. Dogs weighing up to approximately 15 kg are welcome.
