This spacious end unit offers extra windows, abundant natural light, and enhanced views. There’s room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, making it perfect for families and groups.

• Baby gate and baby monitor (located in guest bedroom closet)
•Ceiling fans in every room, plus Box fans in every bedroom for added comfort
• Rainy-day entertainment: puzzles, books, games, and binoculars for wildlife watching
• Beach towels, extra linens for the pull-out bed, and extra laundry supplies
• First aid kit, heating pad, and extra toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, just in case!)

• Keurig pod coffee maker
• 12-cup basket coffee maker with filters
• Extra coffee stocked for guests
• Tea and kettle for tea lovers
From sunrise coffee (or tea) on the balcony to late-night bonfires under the stars, this beachfront gem offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
We are a dog-friendly property and welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval and pet fee.
All pets must be disclosed and approved at the time of booking. Guests must include pets in the reservation details. Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.
A pet fee applies per stay and must be paid prior to check-in. Fees help cover additional cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance required after pet stays, including procedures to help accommodate guests with allergies.
All dogs must be:
House-trained
Well-behaved and non-aggressive
Up to date on rabies and core vaccinations
On flea and tick prevention

Excellent Stay! The owner was super easy to communicate with, she provided everything you could think of and more, and the property itself was exactly as it was described. We are planning on returning to the area and would plan around being able to stay here again.

We absolutely loved being able to stay here for two weeks. Vicky goes above and beyond with all the special surprises there are. To find out what they are. You will have book a stay. We've stayed many places. But this has been the most peaceful relaxing place we've been to. If you have a dog. Ours, Mr. Bojangles loved it. On several occasions we went to go in. While he just watched us, not wanting to leave the beach. The Palm trees right on the beach are great. Giving you enough shade to get out of the sun if needed. When you stay. Take advantage of the second level deck. There always seems to be a cool breeze blowing there. Again, our dog loved that area. The condo its self was so cute inside with plenty or room. If everything works out. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Vicky. You definitely have a gem. And appreciate you sharing it with everyone.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It is so quiet and peaceful. The beach is lovely and perfect for a sunrise stroll with the Pup. The house was clean and really well stocked. Vicky was super fast to respond when we had an internet issue, she came right out with a new modem. The hiking nearby was beautiful and we loved visiting the St. Marks Lighthouse, the Cathedral of Palms trail, and Wakulla Springs State Park (the boat ride is a must!) We saw lots of wildlife from the beach and the 3 decks! We did some remote work and had no issues with that. Again , the decks are amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
